CALL FOR NOMINATIONS - Board of Directors

In anticipation of its Annual General Meeting on December 1st, the Aylmer Soccer Club (ASC) Board of Directors is calling for nominations for the 4 Director positions that will be up for election in 2021:
Vice President
Treasurer
2 Director positions
The CSA is a non-profit organization with 1,400 players and operates with 2 full-time employees, a part-time technician, about 40 educators and the volunteer participation of some parents as coaches and/or administrators. The annual budget of the ASC is around $500,000.
If you are interested in serving on a dynamic Board of Directors of an organization that is committed to best practices in governance, we welcome your application. If you have legal, business or communications expertise, you can contribute your skills to the ASC.
We remind you that, in accordance with our by-laws, all candidates for the position of Treasurer must have previous experience as a treasurer, professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping, or have completed professional training related to accounting.
