  • In case of heavy rainfall or electrical storms, the technician responsible supervising the activities has the right to decide to cancel or shorten the session. Other authorities such as the City of Gatineau or l’ARSO can cancel the session due to extreme heat or bad state of the field. This information will be made available to you via the club’s web site or if possible, by e-mail. Cancelled session will not be retaken.
  • Players must arrive 10 minutes before the start of the activity to permit the trainer to group everyone and to position them for the workshop. Parents must be present during the activities but are asked not to enter the practice area. This area is reserved for players, trainers and technicians only.

ACTIVITY PROCEEDINGS

  • Supervision (groups/teams) will be the responsibility of volunteer trainers.

The training sessions are workshops geared to the children’s needs (psychomotility workshops, awareness games, techniques and matches). A technician and AA players will be present to anime the sessions. The primary goal will be to have fun all while improving coordination and motor skills.

The match sessions will be friendly meetings (and one awareness game) allowing players to self-develop while applying soccer etiquette regulations.

  • Under the supervision of a technician(conforming to the Technical policy) and younger trainers will install and organize the sessions.
  • During the season, teams that losses players due to vacation or quitting, will be paired / grouped with other teams.
