  • In case of heavy rain or storm, the technician overseeing the activities may decide to cancel or shorten the sessions. Other authorities such as the city or ARSO may cancel a session during extreme heat or poor soccer field condition. This information will be transmitted over the club’s website or if possible, by email. Days canceled will not be retaken.
  • Each player must arrive 10 minutes before the start of the training session to allow the coach to gather everyone and position the team on the workshop. Parents must be present during activities but are requested not to enter upon the field of practice. This space is reserved for players, coaches and technicians.

  • Coaching (groups / teams) will be the responsibility of accompanying volunteers. Sessions are specific workshops created for the child’s needs (alternating learning games and matches). The first goal is to have fun while improving coordinated motor skills of the childrens.
  • Young coaches will be placed on the different workshops (following the technical policy of the club). Under the supervision of a technician in charge, they will install and organize the workshops.
  • The teams who during the season, will lose players because of the holidays or abandonment, will be paired / grouped with others.
