How do I proceed to make a complaint, suggestion or compliment?
Send your message by e-mail and it will be sent to the Board of directors and to the person concerned. We will implement a contact for on this website soon.
What equipment do I need to play outdoors?
You need to buy soccer shoes and shin guards. They are compulsory. Those of you playing during the summer season receive shorts, a T-shirt and socks that you can keep after the season. The equipment (balls, cones, goalkeeper sweater and gloves) is borrowed from the Club.
What equipment do I need to play indoors?
Shin guards (obligatory) and non-slip running shoes.
What if it rains or it is too hot?
The activities still take place unless otherwise decided by the coach or referee.
What if it rains or there is a thunderstorm?
Everybody should be at the field nonetheless. It is up to the referee to decide whether the game should start a few minutes later or be postponed for safety reasons. As for categories where there is no referee, (U5 to U7) or where there is a beginner referee (U8), parents or coordinators decide whether to delay or postpone the game.
Is it possible to have the registration fees reimbursed?

What should I do if I want to be a referee?

Can I have the address of the board members?
No. Unfortunately, we do not reveal this information. Nonetheless, we will be happy to transfer your request, by e-mail, to the Board member you wish to contact and this person will get in touch with you as soon as possible, either by e-mail or by telephone.
Can I register my child in the same group as his or her friend?
• For the U5 to U8 group, it may be possible to accommodate you if both children are in the same age group. However, your request should be made at the time of registration and we cannot ensure that your request will be accepted. As soon as activities begin, no group switching will be allowed for logistical reasons.
• For U10 groups and over, no request will be accepted. The players of these groups are assessed individually and distributed to different teams according to their results.
What if a child cannot be at the assessment and selection camp?
The child will be assigned to a team at the discretion of the Aylmer Soccer Club.
Can I access the results of the assessments?
No. This information is confidential and is not disclosed to the public.
Where are the fields for Aylmer sector and the Aylmer Soccer Clubhouse?
This information will be in the members section for the next summer season.
